Just about every journey in Bath & NES starts and/or ends with the use of a pavement. If that leg of the journey is not accessible (ie. can be walked or wheeled by everyone) it can be the decider for how people travel, and many reach for the car keys feeling they have no other choice.

So to see this stretch of crisp, smooth pavement in Newbridge (Brassmill Lane) was extremely exciting. Is it too early to hope this is the shape of things to come?
